Exciting Addiction Medicine Physician Opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA!
The Center for Inclusion Health, part of the Allegheny Health Network (AHN), is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Addiction Medicine Physician to provide excellent patient care to a diverse population with complex medical problems at our HIV & Primary Care access clinic, as well as some inpatient support for patients with Substance Use Disorders. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing interdisciplinary team as we develop an integrated Addiction Medicine service line within the AHN system. The position will be assisted by a reliable support staff within a collegial environment. The Center for Inclusion Health was created to address the needs of populations that have traditionally been excluded from health care due to social, behavioral and substance use issues. We emphasize the role of integrated multi-disciplinary teams in a medical home setting to address complex physical and behavioral health issues through evidence-based practice, including medication-assisted therapy, naloxone prescribing for overdose prevention and other harm reduction treatment modalities. The clinics are located in Pittsburgh’s North Shore, just blocks away from AHN’s flagship hospital, Allegheny General.

The successful candidate must be BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Psychiatry, and certified in Addiction Medicine through the American Board of Addiction Medicine (or other recognized certifying board or training program.)
