Job summary:
Provides a wide variety of secretarial, administrative and staff support services to the organizational unit.
Responsibilities:
Performs administrative support such as scheduling/coordinating meetings, activities, events and/or travel.
Performs secretarial duties to facilitate daily operations such as phone triage, filing, typing, faxing, and mail.
Effectively handles information, requests and questions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
Supports programs and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Serves as liaison with others, within and outside the company, regarding administrative and secretarial issues.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
2 years secretarial/administrative experience required.
Demonstrated competency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, and Microsoft Windows/Office applications required.
Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience in a healthcare/practice setting preferred.
