Job Summary: Monitors the preparation and distribution of food and nutrition services to customers and assists with department operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes inventory, ordering, restocking and delivery of supplies.
  • Directs daily work flow of departmental employees to maximize productivity and ensure that time schedules are met.
  • Maintains food safety and sanitation standards according to departmental policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities that may include but not limited to deposits, interviewing, scheduling, timekeeping, training, catering and oversight of department operations in absence of supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Works with minimal supervision requires some independent judgment and problem solving and takes appropriate action.
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures
Education: Associate's Degree preferred

Requirements:

2 years experience food service production required.
