Job Summary: As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process in providing and coordinating the plan of patient care for the age appropriate population.
• Initiates, monitors and revises interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessment findings and physician orders for the age appropriate population.
• Completes patient documentation in a comprehensive manner in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements that promotes interdisciplinary communication.
• Provides ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families to effectively guide them across the continuum of care.
• Supports the development of students, new staff and colleagues, may serve as a preceptor.
• Directs and coordinates patient care within scope of practice, assists with coordination of patient access to supplies and services.
• Embraces being part of a team, with a positive and collegial attitude to support the mission of the center and provide optimal patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 Job Requirements:

• Current PA RN licensure in good standing.
• One year of nursing experience required.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills required.
