Job Summary: Works with Business Intelligence, IT, Finance and Operational professionals to gather, organize, and present data to users. Presents meaningful analytics to the business in non-technical terms and formats. Creates basic and ad hoc reporting for users. Trains users on software and assists users with advanced reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops business intelligence solutions through knowledge of user needs, appropriate data repositories, business intelligence development best practices and innovative uses of technologies and systems.
  • Specifically, the incumbent will work on developing reporting and analytics solutions using AHN's Enterprise Data Warehouse and other data repositories.
  • Delivers ad hoc data and report requests, analyzes data needs for both users and projects, investigates and analyzes data discrepancies, and assists in migration and testing activities.
  • Utilizes project management techniques for business intelligence projects and services.
  • Acts as a liaison between IT Developers, Finance, and Operational leadership to solve complex business problems.
  • Provides user/system support services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance required. Master's degree preferred.

Required Experience: 3-5 years experience in IT or business intelligence; 3 years writing EPIC Clarity reports and/or administering EPIC Workbench.
