Architect
ARCHITECT
Allegheny Health Network seeks an Architect to work in Pittsburgh, PA, and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing architecture strategy to meet business capabilities and needs. Will ensure completeness of architecture by adequately addressing all the pertinent concerns of stakeholders as well as ensure integrity of architecture by connecting various views of stakeholders and reconciling concerns.
Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field plus six (6) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.
Experience must include: (i) healthcare related IT experience with various software applications, such as Epic, Teletracking, PACS, Sunrise, Citrix, Sunquest, Xcelera, All Scripts, Invision, AthenaNet, Navinet, Kronos, IDXterm, MediTech; (ii) providing expert consulting with leadership; (iii) resolving processing issues related to software, hardware, and/or data communication problems; (iv) troubleshooting telephony and network connectivity; (v) designing Star, Snowflake, and more complex data warehouse schemas for the data model using Embarcadero; (vi) analyzing and designing architecture to implement ETL rules; (vii) designing SSIS packages to load the staging table data to production table; (viii) creating documents to define AHN EDW environments, rules, etc.; and (ix) designing and implementing automation framework for testing warehouse applications.
Must be able to work shifts between 6:30am and 7:00pm M-F as well as 8am-4:30pm Sat/Sun. Must also be able to work 24-hour coverage on a rotating shift basis.
