Services include cancer diagnosis and treatment, cardiovascular care, neurological and neurosurgical services, organ transplantation, orthopedic and rehabilitation services, and women’s health.
Department: OT/PT Rehab
Status: Full-time
Shift: M-F daylight with evenings and weekend hours as needed (infrequently)
Job Summary: Directs the clinical, financial, and operational functions of the rehabilitation programs and acute services.
Responsibilities:
- Directs interdisciplinary management team to effectively meet patient care needs, improve processes and outcomes, and demonstrate high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge and ensures compliance of rules and regulations from payers and outside regulatory agencies.
- Ensure accurate collection/completion/transmission of information required for the Rehabilitation Facility- Patient Assessment Instrument.
- Directs the development of budgets and achievement of financial goals.
- Provides leadership and direction to the rehabilitation managers and sets performance standards.
- Participates in the delivery of direct patient care as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree required.
- Licensure/ Current PA state licensure according to the requirements of the profession.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work independently. Manages department staff and must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and take appropriate actions.
- Five years clinical experience including 2 years management experience required.
