Job Summary: Analyzed processes and data to support the Office of Patient Experience business unit needs. Conducts impact analyses and interprets system requirements and uses project management techniques. Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors and subject matter experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes data and processes to develop viable, business driven and cost effective solutions.
- Gathers information, tests and probes assumptions, analyzes data, interprets system requirements using current and emerging technologies to develop and validate effective solutions.
- Collaborates with system architects and business sponsors using appropriate analytical testing and/or project management tools.
- Uses appropriate analytic techniques to promote continuous improvement.
- Using appropriate project management techniques and methods to produce project deliverables, develops and provides desktop set up and training related to patient satisfaction data at the local level.
- Develops business solutions to satisfy division goals, conducts problem solving and decision making sessions with end users while monitoring database usage and effectiveness.
- Conducts problem solving resolution and decision making sessions for issues and projects.
- Serves as stakeholder with patient satisfaction data management vendor(s) and participates in concert with data management team members related to the vendor(s).
- Troubleshoots and advises strategic experience advisors, patient experience managers and entity based nursing and non-nursing leaders on the use of data, data management systems and reports.
- Creates individualized reports for end users and patient experience leaders. Presents patient satisfaction data and analysis to teams and workgroups as requested.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Complexity of Work: Teaching, training and coaching. Ability to problem solve and create performance goals and recommendations to end users.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching, training and/or coaching experience with desktop databases required. 1 year Press Ganey database management experience preferred.
