Therefore we are looking for you from now on as:

Financial / Operational Controller (f/m)

Responsibilities

  • Further develop tools and reports for financial and operational Controlling of a rapidly growing e-commerce company
  • Support operational departments in providing reports and analysis in order to achieve overall business objectives
  • Support internal and cross-functional projects involving a wide variety of topics and business areas giving you the opportunity to develop, implement and change processes and structures in our company
  • Be the sparring partner for operational departments and their first contact person for operational and financial KPIs, e.g. for purchasing or logistics department
  • Support management in the company wide regular planning and budgeting process
  • Analyse and interpret financial data to support decision making process
  • Support in investor relations and due diligence processes
  • Support the Finance/Controlling department in implementing a new company-wide ERP-System

Skills and experience you have

  • Above average University degree in Business Administration, Controlling or similar qualification
  • First relevant experience in Controlling, Finance or Financial Accounting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and pragmatic mind-set
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge in SQL, Visual Basic and/or PowerPivot desirable
  • Good understanding of Accounting principles and procedures
  • Ideally first experience with using SAP
  • You are self-driven and a problem solver rather than a problem repeater
  • Strong analytical capabilities and structured working mode
  • Pragmatic Team player with the ability to work in a fast-growing business
  • Very good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in English
  • You are enthusiastic, highly motivated and fun to work with
