Project Manager (f/m)

Home24 is searching for a Project Manager with the willingness and drive to work on large-scale projects across different functional areas and teams within Home24.

What you get to drive

  • Directly work with senior management on our highest impact projects: Coordinate internal teams and different stakeholders
  • Ensure that all dependencies on different projects are addressed
  • Create and maintain a proper project setup and documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Set up risk management and execute measures for minimizing project risks
  • Report and escalate to the Management Team as needed

Skills and experience you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or similar
  • Proficient in English and German
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Ability to deal with complexity and develop a strategy in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to engage and influence different teams
  • Ability to plan and coordinate complex projects ensuring buy-in and reaching lasting impact
  • Excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid business process knowledge in Operations, Procurement or Finance is a plus
