Wir suchen / We’re hiring a Director of SAP (f/m)

Home24 sucht nach Direktor SAP mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP Organisationen, um unser SAP ERP Implementierungsprojekt zu unterstützen und die Modul-Verantwortlichkeit von unseren externen Beratern nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Projekts zu übernehmen. In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung dafür, Anforderungen des Business in die Technology Organisation zu tragen. Du bist eine/r der Hauptverantwortlichen, die Home24 Prozesse gestalten und umsetzen. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf Prozessqualität, Automatisierung und Kundenzufriedenheit. 

Home24 is searching for a Director of SAP (f/m) with long-term experience in managing an IT organization based on SAP ERP/ECC. In this position, you will have the ultimate responsibility for running the technology organisation for support and implementation of new demands by applying industry best practices and standards but also thinking outside of the box. You are a major influencer of the Home24 fulfillment process design with an intense focus on driving process quality, automation and customer satisfaction.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Führen der gesamten SAP Organisation - inhouse mit externer Verstärkung  im Rahmen eines gegebenen Budgets. Dazu gehört auch der Aufbau eines eigenen SAP Teams
• Organisation des SAP Supports mit einem qualitativ hochwertigen Incident Management
• Managen der Pipeline zur Implementierung neuer Anforderungen, Portfolio Management
• Ressourcenmanagement für Entwickler
• Entwickeln der SAP Architektur, Beratung der IT Kollegen bezüglich der Auswirkung von Änderungen auf die Architektur, Bewertung und Freigabe von Änderungen der SAP Architektur
• Entwickeln und leben einer Einkaufsstrategie für die SAP Landschaft
• Einführen und treiben nach Professionalisierung in allen Gebieten: CCoE Zertifizierung, Lizenzmanagement, erfolgreiche Auditierungen, Definieren und Durchsetzen von Arbeitsstandards
• Tatkräftige Unterstützung des aktuellen SAP Implementierungsprojektes, das auf Standardisierung von Geschäftsprozessen ausgelegt ist
• Aufwandsschätzung für Implementierungen und Systemänderungen, Beauftragen der Änderungen
• Organisation der SAP Entwicklungen in Transporten zusammen mit den Hostingpartner, Koordinierung des Entwicklungsprozesses, Release Management
• Vertragsgestaltung, Auswahl und Management des Hosting-Partners, Durchführen von Early Watch Sessions, um neue innovative Lösungen für Home24 zu identifizieren, Application Lifecycle Management
• Verantwortlich für das Berechtigungssystem
• Verantwortlich für die Namenskonventionen
• Projektmanagement: Aufsetzen und Leiten von Projekten
• Durchsetzen von Standards und verantwortlich für eine aktuelle Dokumentation der SAP Welt nach Home24 Standards

What you get to drive

• Managing the whole SAP organization - inhouse and external within a given budget, including building up an internal SAP team
• Organizing to provide high-quality support for all kind of incidents
• Actively driving the pipeline requirements towards a project portfolio
• Resource Management for internal and external developers
• Develop the SAP architecture together with architecture team
• Develop and drive a sourcing strategy for the SAP landscape
• Drive for professional standards in all areas: Enable SAP CCoE certification, optimize license management, enable successful audits, develop and drive technical working standards, also in documentation area
• Support current SAP implementation project, focussing on standardization of business processes
• Effort estimation, setup of implementation of Change Requests
• Consulting of IT colleagues regarding technical impact of new demands and consequences for overall architecture, release of changes in architecture
• Organization of development cycles with transports together with hosting partner, coordination of development process, release management
• Contracting with hosting service provider, steering, “earlywatch sessions” to identify new innovative solutions, manage application lifecycle
• Responsible for user and rights management concept
• Responsible for naming conventions and other required standards
• Project management: Prepare and lead projects with internal or external teams resulting from requests for change
• Enforce usage of conventions and keep documentation up-to-date according to Home24 standards

Dein Profil

• BSc oder höherer Abschluss in Informatik
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der gesamten SAP Anwendungslandschaft, SAP Netweaver
• Kenntnis von SAP Werkzeugen, Erfahrung in der Organisation von SAP Support und Demand Management
• Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung mit Dienstleistern. insbesondere Hosting, Verhandlungsführung mit Softwareherstellern
• Projekt Management Methodik, Zertifizierung erwünscht
• Erfahrung im Update und Upgrade Projekten, auch in Verbindung mit Datenbanken und der Infrastruktur
• Kenntnis der aktuellen SAP Entwicklungen und der Produktstrategie, inklusive S4 HANA, S4 Merchandising (IS Retail), C4C
• Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Skills and experience you have

• BSc Degree in computer science or higher
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, SAP application landscape, Netweaver, module
• Deep knowledge of SAP development and monitoring tools for SAP applications, organization of support and development
• Experienced in contracting of service providers, especially hosting, negotiations with major software vendors,
• Project management methodology - certification and experience
• Experienced in update and upgrade projects, also connected to underlying DBs and infrastructure
• Knowledge in SAP landscape, including S4 HANA, S4 Merchandising (IS Retail)
• German and English language
