Wir suchen / We’re hiring a SAP Senior Inhouse Consultant SD (f/m)

Home24 sucht nach einem SAP Inhouse Consultant SD, um unser SAP ERP Implementierungsprojekt zu unterstützen und die Modul-Verantwortlichkeit von unseren externen Beratern nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Projekts zu übernehmen. In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung dafür, Anforderungen des Business in die Technology Organisation zu tragen. Du bist eine/r der Hauptverantwortlichen, die Home24 Prozesse gestalten und umsetzen. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf Prozessqualität, Automatisierung und Kundenzufriedenheit. 

Home24 is searching for an experienced SAP Senior Developer SD to support our SAP ERP implementation project and to take over the module responsibility from consultants after completion of the already running project. In this position, you will have the ultimate responsibility for driving business needs into the technology organisation by applying industry best practices and standards but also thinking outside of the box. You are a major influencer of the Home24 fulfillment process design with an intense focus on driving process quality, automation and customer satisfaction.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Beratung von Abteilungen bezüglich neuen Anforderungen und potentieller Implementierung mit Fokus im Bereich des SAP Moduls SD
• Verantwortung für Lösungen im Vertrieb, der logistischen Abwicklung von Auslieferungen, Rechnungsstellung mit Überleitung in die Buchhaltung, Abwicklung von Retouren, ggf. auch mit Bezug zum Modul QM sowie Customer Service (C4C)
• Aufwandsschätzung, Setup von Implementationen von Änderungsanfragen
• Sicherstellen, dass das SAP nur wenig modifiziert wird und möglichst im Standard bleibt
• Anpassung und Programmierung von neuen Anforderungen
• Automatisierung sowie Unterstützung von Tests der Fachabteilungen
• Support der implementierten Lösungen mit Fokus auf SD
• Projektmanagement: Vorbereitung und Führung von Projekten mit internen und externen Teams, Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Anforderungen
• Sicherstellung der Dokumentation nach home24 Standards sowie Einhaltung weiterer Standards wie z.B. Naming Conventions

• Consulting of business departments regarding new requirements and potential ways for implementation, especially in the SD area and for SD-related processes
• Responsible for all sales-oriented processes, including delivery and returns, conditions, invoicing, also with relation to QM and C4C (SAP CRM)
• Effort estimation, setup of implementation of Change Requests
• Keep system as much in standard as possible
• Customizing and programming of new requirements
• Testing: Develop test plans, support key users during testing processes, automation of testing
• Support for implemented solutions: Assist key users to solve detected issues (Level 2 and 3 support)
• Project management: Prepare and lead projects with internal or external teams resulting from requests for change
• Enforce usage of conventions and keep documentation up-to-date according to Home24 standards

Dein Profil

• BSc oder höherer Abschluss in Informatik
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der gesamten SAP Anwendungslandschaft, SAP Netweaver
• Kenntnis von SAP Standard Prozessen und deren Implementation, tiefes Verständnis im Bereich SD, SAP SD Zertifizierung sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für QM Prozesse sind von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse von SAP CRM bzw SAP C4C, insbesondere für Customer Service sind wünschenswert
• Kenntnis von SAP Entwicklungswerkzeugen, ABAP, ABAP/OO, WebDynpro
• Erfahrung mit SAP Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten wie BAdls, dem Einsatz von Enhancement-Packages, Programmierungen von User Exits / Schnittstellen
• Erfahrung in der Test-Automatisierung sowie dem Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Unterstützung der Fachbereiche beim Testen
• Erfahrung mit dem SAP Solution Manager
• Erfahrung im Management von Projekten - Zertifizierung als Projektleiter vorteilhaft
• Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Skills and experience you have

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science / Business Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, SAP application landscape, Netweaver
• Knowledge of SAP standard processes with implementation, deep understanding in the SD area. SAP SD certification would be helpful
• Knowledge of SAP CRM / C4C is beneficial
• Knowledge of SAP tools and ABAP and ABAP/OO, WebDynpro
• Experienced in SAP extension mechanism as BAdIs, Enhancement packages, interface programming
• Experienced in Test Automation and quality management in software development
• Usage of Solution Manager
• Project management - certification and experience
• German and English language
