Technology Recruiter (f/m)

Responsibilities

  • Continuous development of a competitive and efficient recruiting strategy matching the business requirements of our growing Technology Department
  • Operative recruiting
  • Approaching candidates via direct search in traditional sourcing channels such as LinkedIn as well as the definition of new recruiting channels
  • Screening of candidates and conducting interviews
  • Branding Home24 as a highly-attractive technology employer
  • Monitoring and analyzing the recruiting success by setting up objective KPIs that help us boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting process
  • Organize and join technology recruiting events and meetups

Requirements

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting ideally with a focus on Tech Recruiting
  • You like to explore alternative and unconventional ways of recruiting and technology employer branding
  • You are able to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
  • You are not scared of numbers and ideally a technophiliac
