Description
Maxus is looking for an experienced media professional with 14+ years of experience to lead an integrated media solution team and manage resources from a strategic planning, implementation and a business results standpoint for a large multinational client. The job entails a wide array of skills such as strategic understanding of the business spread between urban and rural audiences, understanding media nuances, driving innovative approaches to business solutions.
Reporting:
This role reports to the Managing Director of Maxus Indonesia

Measures of success – Short term goals to be achieved will be to gain client confidence and deliver on Revenue goals
In three months:
- Presented brand and plan strategies to all the clients handled
- Understood the Maxus culture and way of working and are able to navigate through the verticals
In six months:
- Won client confidence
- Initiated and delivered at least 2 key projects

- Understood the group’s vision and its implication on business

What you will need:
- 14+ years’ experience in managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of brands and consumers
- Highly passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative media leader and thinker
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly articulate, story-telling capability
- Stakeholder management
- Business acumen
- Acute inquisitiveness and understanding of an entrepreneur’s mindset
- Ability to understand mediums beyond ATL
- Excellent communication/presentation/client management skills
- Digital trailblazer and interested in all things technology
- Deep understanding of all media especially Digital. Experience in Mobile Marketing preferred.
Responsibilities of the role:
Provide strategy communications and planning leadership in various product categories for the client
Lead the charge on developing the roadmap for data science, insight lead and end-to-end measurable and impactful comms strategies and media plans to deliver on Clients business objectives
Help build stronger and more effective media interventions on the back of a strong Comms planning approach and help lead the client into more effective Media journeys.
Act as a senior level contact for the client and have a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy. Should be able to lead strategic conversations on Media and communication planning
Inspire the client with sound media knowledge and ideas and become their trusted media advisor
Lead the integrated team (offline and online media) leveraging all our learning and capabilities to deliver integrated solutions to clients ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Partner with creative agencies to bring cohesion and collaboration to the communications process, elevating the collective output and product
Develop creative ideas and disruptive comms innovations for the client aligned with their business, customer and brand goals
Perform market research activities to pursue new clientele opportunities for the company
Help business meet its sales & revenue targets
Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled offline and online experts to deliver the highest quality product for our client portfolio. Be responsible for their overall career development and progression in the team.
