Position at Xaxis

Xaxis is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Shanghai office. As the Account Manager, you will help manage both agency/client relationships and negotiate effective media deals to exceed financial targets whilst acting as a Product expert. 

Reporting of the Role

This role reports to the Client Service Head in Beijing

Measures of Success

In three months: 
- been familiar with work flow and GroupM business structure 


In six months:
 - been able to oversee day-to-day management of campaigns; Forecast expected revenue against budget

In 12 months:
 - become an expert with Xaxis business development & client service;


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop and execute against agency & client business plans
  • Evangelize Xaxis Product solutions and act as Product expert
  • Supervise the sales administration process to ensure adherence to best practice and see that all service levels are exceeded
  • Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor products for competitor comparison or analysis
  • Develop and implement 12 month Business Plans for designated Agencies
What you will need:
  • Bachelor degree majoring in marketing or media preferred
  • Proven successful organization and administration skills
  • Experience in understanding a commercial business
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven commercial experience in online advertising sales related industry
