Overview of job
m/Six – is the newest media agency under GroupM India; and is helping craft media strategies for many leading global and local brands such as General Mills, Cipla Health, Burger King, Abbott Healthcare, SAB TV, Times TV Network and many more. In this role you will be required to spearhead strategic and implementation media planning for a group of clients and supervise delivery.

This role reports to the [Director or Sr Director, m/Six].

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Adequately trained on all media planning tools and techniques employed by mSix
- Familiarized with Brand Managers, and demonstrate strong working relationship with client and relevant stakeholders; and started delivering media plans
- Established acceptable process of tracking plans and brands
In six months:
- Gained full independence in conducting brand media affairs
- Contributed to ideas that would have Initiated and delivered at least two key projects
In 12 months:
- Contributed to the AOP cycle with market leading media solutions.
- This role requires you to be operationally and conceptually sound. You would need to ensure quick and timely turn around, and be organized managing multiple projects concurrently.
- You would be working with seasoned media professionals, and your job would be to create and translate media plans into action.
- You would be competent at media software like BARC, IRS, TGI.
- You would need to ensure timely execution and supervision of plans.
- You need to be an organized thinker.
- You need to develop into a media agnostic planner.
What you will need:
- Management Degree in Marketing
- 3-4 year experience, of which at least 2 should be in media planning
- Aptitude for numeric logic
- Some amount of digital media knowledge
- Operationally competent in media softwares like BARC, IRS, TGI
- A person with a hunger to do good work and grow
- Responsible
