1.根据客户传播需求,负责互联网媒介策略的制定、执行监督及结案工作。
2.结合传播业务,进行常规的市场分析及消费者研究工作。
3.媒介环境分析,把握媒体变化趋势,了解最新的媒体资源状况。
4.协助客户开展各种业务改善及营销领域研究工作。
5.负责公司各部门间的日常工作沟通。
6.指导并监督下属基础的执行工作,确保在各个时间点上的执行工作能按时顺利完成。

人员要求:

 1.4年以上互联网媒介策划相关经验。
 2.对数字敏感,逻辑清晰。熟悉互联网媒体策划各方面的执行工作。
 3.良好的团队合作精神。
 4.热爱广告行业,喜爱3C数码产品,有一定的抗压能力。

 
Overview of job:

Maxus Beijing is looking for Digital Manager who are interested in working in smartphone category. You must have at least four years experience in digital strategic media planning field. You would be someone who is detailed, hard-working, and passionate about smartphone business.

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to Digital Director, Maxus Beijing.

In 3 months:

  • Have an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.
  • Demonstrate cooperative spirit with team members.

In 6 months:

  • Aligned key stakeholders internally and at client’s side on Digital strategy for each brands
  • Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day digital insight and activities. Begin to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenge.

In 12 months:

  • Understand target audience(s)’s digital media consumption in order to identify the most relevant touch points.
  • Upscale the strategic planning skill and gain satisfactory feedback from client.
  • Independently handle the whole planning process and run the day-to-day activities smoothly.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs. 
  • To plan and develop ideas for “media first” innovations and build capability in strategy. 
  • Analyze media landscape. know up-to date media trends and resources.
  • Assist clients in the filed of marketing research & trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with core planning teams to ensure optimal integration of digital solutions in the overall brand plans, and ensure deployment of best-in-class digital implementation across brands. 
  • Manage day to day operational work on the given client(s) with the team to ensure it is all done on time and with good qualification.

 What you will need:

  • 4 years relevant digital media planning experience.
  • Be sensitive to the numbers, can present with good logic .Be familiar with digital execution jobs.
  • Good team work spirit.
  • A great interests for advertising industry as well as 3C digital products. Can work under pressure.
