Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Interaction Director

Measure of Success
In three months:
- Have an understanding of the client’s brand portfolio
- Demonstrate knowledge on the processes and closely liaise with clients for digital campaign deliverables
- Conduct meetings and regularly update clients on current campaign status
- Manage, review progress and deliver client’s advertising projects
In six months:
- Demonstrate keen eye for details and liaise with creative teams to ensure requirements / briefs are met on time and aligned with client’s objectives
- Develop proposals and strategy based on client’s requirements/ briefs;
- Attend shoots with Content Producer to manage client’s objectives
In 12 months:
- Independently handle the planning process from planning to implementation
- Responsible for working with all the relevant teams to achieve company KPI’s.
- Independently handle the whole planning process and run the day-to-day activities smoothly.
- Ensure the smooth progress of different campaigns running, should something not be performing well, come up with solutions to improve the campaigns. (content/ incentives etc);
- You are the primary point of contact of client for all digital requirements. You will be the overall day-to-day lead of agency’s digital business
- You will take briefs from client and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned.
- You will manage timelines and processes with Internal Creative Team, Insights Team, Media, Red Fuse HK and Colgate Palmolive Teams
What you will need:
- Good leadership and high level project management skills
- With the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
- High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- With 3 to 5 years experience in digital / media / account management
- With an understanding of the digital media business
- Preferably from a creative / digital agency
