Position at Mindshare

MindShare is looking for a Hybrid planning manager with an experience and will to learn and work on Digital and traditional media platforms.

This role in Planning will provide support along with overseeing the internal operations and ensure that clients’ campaigns are brought to life through cross-function collaboration and provide sound products and solutions. You will also directly manage work streams for the campaign from planning to deployment.

You will be able to work quickly, think on their feet, act entrepreneurially and collaborate effectively within an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to successfully manage teams internally to ensure to best ideas and output for their client needs.

Lastly, the position will support the Client Director by providing data-driven insights for the development of strong communication and media strategies.

Measures of success –

In three months:
Manage communications planning for clients and responsible for delivering an excellent service for clients which aims to exceed clients’ expectations.

In six months:
Identify opportunities to promote and sell House of Media services to the client.

In 12 months:
Proactive involvement in Business Development ensuring regular communication to juniors and colleagues (downwards and laterally) across divisions.

 Responsibilities of the role:

  • Build and well manage all campaigns from planning to deployment
  • Maintain productive relationship with clients and team members.
  • Have the understanding and confidence to discuss all aspects of business.
  • To proactively lead the overall communication planning, implementation planning process to provide insightful communication plans with support from the Client Director in the strategic phase.
  • Manage the team day-to-day acting as a mentor to junior employees.
  • Prioritise tasks and ensure they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute the tasks.
  • Agree a realistic timeframe for delivery of work with the client and revisit if necessary.
  • Work with the clients to arrive at the best process/systems for managing their business.
  • Work with other teams/departments to promote clients’ interests with strategically important media owners.
  • Team motivation and vision alignment.
  • Supervise all work, in terms of its quality, accuracy, insightfulness and innovation.

What you will need:

  • Branding experience and Digital experience is priority
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in media planning or communication planning
  • Passionate and optimistic individuals who enjoy interaction with people
  • Good at time managing, speed, teamwork, and provocation
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong selling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration to company/client objectives
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
