Overview of job
Vocanic is looking for a detail oriented & motivated Project Manager to join the Malaysia office. You are passionate about following processes, but open to adapt when the need arises. You are also detail oriented and not afraid to jump in to get your hands dirty. Comfortable interacting with clients and enjoy challenges and working with clients and your teammates to solve them.
 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Project Management Director.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Become familiar with Vocanic project deliverables and pricing structures.
  • Obtained working understanding of the Platforms and Products used to deliver projects for our clients.
  • Familiarised with Custom Build offerings of Vocanic in the market.

In six months:

  • Performed Vocanic Pricing & Feasibility Analysis for proposals on a regular basis.
  • Coordinated and delivered multiple Custom Build Campaign launches.
  • Participated in at least one campaign completion with associated reporting.

In 12 months:

  • Successfully delivered multiple campaigns & projects for clients.
  • Gained experience to work independently on non-trivial projects.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Gather specific requirements/scope for projects.
  • Create wire-frames & user journey based on project requirements/scope.
  • Communicate with Technical PM & Creative Director for resources availability including production timeline.
  • Brief the developers on the project requirements/scope based on approved wire-frames.
  • Communicate the production timeline to the clients.
  • Ensure the project passes the Internal & Client UAT.
  • Coordinate the project launch and monitor the project during its lifetime.
  • Coordinate the project take down with the client and Tech Team.
  • Write end-campaign reports with recommendations for future.

 

What you will need:

  •     Excellent written and spoken English capabilities.
  •     5-7 years of experience in managing Projects delivery.
  •     A keen understanding of how things work.
  •     Able to manage and prioritise project timeline and resource.
  •     Strong attention to detail/follow through; Consistent and reliable.
  •     Works well with others; Resourceful.
  • A bachelors (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent.
