Accountant (AP/AR)
Description
You will be the key person to handle all AR and AP issues for one inventory media agency and manage all the bank related issues for this agency. You will also prepare monthly balance sheet accounts breakdown and adhoc reports.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Finance Manager, GroupM

Measures of success –
In three months, you would have:
- Manage all the AP/AR accounts for one or two agencies
- Independently deal with corresponding accounting teams
In six months, you would have:
- Independently respond all queries from accounting and APS teams
In 12 months, you would have:
- Manage all the bank related issues for this agency
Major Responsibility:
- Check manual PCI/PVI submitted by operation team;
- Record AR/AP transaction after PCI/PVI submission;
- Prepare revenue, revenue accrual, spending accrual report and transactions via monthly sales log;
- Prepare monthly payment plan;
- Prepare AR/AP monthly status report to agency commercial team;
- Prepare AP aging report to reporting colleague;
- Prepare NWC report and cash forecast report;
- Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts breakdown;
- Prepare adhoc report.
Requirement:
1. 2 years’ experience at least
2. English level CET4 above
3. Finance related college degree
4. Knowledge of accounting standards
5. Good Excel skill
