Position at Mindshare

As an Executive in Business Planning team, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis and running statistical models for our key clients to understand the return on investment of Media. These ultimately inform on insights and recommendations that impact media strategy and planning.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Director of Business Planning.

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Learnt and displayed proficiency in the statistic tools and methods, as well as digital media tracking Process and tools

In six months:

  • Ownership of specific brands assigned to you, having a complete picture on both traditional media and digital media planning process and data tracking status, digging out the most valuable insights based on real market data

In 12 months:

  • Established relationships with the respective client service teams and proactively seeking to consult on the media strategies/campaigns

Responsibilities of the role:

- Understand client business issues and conduct all kinds of analysis based on real market data

- Have good understanding on client’s digital media planning and supervise all related digital campaigns to ensure smooth tracking and run analysis based on campaign performance

- Assist in preparation of presentation materials with insights and actionable recommendations

- Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client data profiles

- Support team leader on other customized analysis to answer client’s business questions

What you will need:

  • 0-1 year working experience
  • Proactive, Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
  • Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Working in a smart and efficient way with good time management skill
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (SPSS/SAS/VBA would be a plus)
