Overview of job
We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of relevant media planning experience who will support the ASEAN Lead in overseeing media solutions linked with business results for P&G skincare portfolio covering Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

This role reports to the ASEAN Category Lead

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Oversee implementation and monitoring of March-June 2017 plans; Ensure all our executed as planned and approved
- Provide support to the ASEAN Lead on FY1718 Annual Planning ie data runs, market coordination, valuable inputs on strategy and plan laydown
- Updated reporting templates and timely submission of brand team requirements
In six months:
- Established relationship and credibility as media expert with the stakeholders (internal and external)
- Lead plan discussions with ABMs and market implementation teams
- Budget management – actively track and provide updates to ASEAN Category Lead
- Share and reapply – deployment of learnings across markets and execute Best-In-Class practices
In twelve months:
- Ownership of plans across the key markets from planning to implementation
- Aggressively seek innovation thru leading discussions with media vendors and market teams
- Initiate media-driven solutions to deliver business results
Responsibilities of the role:
- Overseeing all media campaigns for March-June executed across APAC and managing the reporting for them
- Owning the reporting systems and ensuring accuracy of reports and timely submission
- End to End plan monitoring for SG, MY, TH markets
- Ensuring all budgets across markets are monitored and timely reported
- Coordination with the different implementation teams to ensure campaigns are executed as planned

- Ability to manage data around competitive spends, budgets etc. and create simplified reports
- Strong Digital media experience
- Strong Above-the-line media planning
- Expertise in Excel

- Experience in managing multiple stake holders directly and remotely
