Description
You will be working with the Data Analytics and Strategic Planning team of a big FMCG Client to enable adaptive marketing through insighting, monitoring and supporting campaigns and programs for the company's various brands.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Business Group Director and Command Centre Head.

Measures of success
In three months:
- Developed a basic understanding of strategic planning methods in digital.
- Developed basic skills in using digital analytics and performance marketing tools.
- Developed skills in client servicing and project management.
- Understood internal processes in Movent and in your assigned accounts.
- Understood the portfolio of serviced clients, and taken to heart the strategic opportunities for them.
- Built an in-depth understanding of the Philippine digital market.
In six months:
- Supported your line manager and team members in strategic planning and analytics needs.
- Developed a strong category/industry knowledge.
- Developed advanced skills in using digital analytics and performance marketing tools.
- Developed good data visualization skills.
In 12 months:
- Proven yourself as a reliable contact point for data and strategic knowledge in the agency.
- Provided the Client with an award-winning or case study-worthy work
Responsibilities of the role:
- Provide insightful strategic guidance founded on strong data-driven proofs.
- Confidently present and participate in client meetings.
- Support the team by delivering quality output.
- Lead and assist in digital analytics needs.
- Engage with specialist partners within the agency.
- Build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
What you will need:
- 1-3 Year experience in planning for digital and/or digital analytics
- Good communication skills
- Be able to create and comprehend meaningful and actionable insights from various data points
- Exposure or interest in research, planning, implementation, and execution of marketing and advertising ideas.
