Xaxis is seeking for a Programmatic Trading Executive to join the fast-growing team in Hong Kong.
Xaxis works in partnership with GroupM agencies to provide programmatic audience buying solutions for its clients across a wide range of digital media channels. The Operation team is responsible for the successful execution of these strategies across that range of channels in line with the brief received.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Senior Operations and Product Manager.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Manage and get familiar with the whole programmatic operation workflow, from trafficking, campaign setup to reporting
In six months:
- Able to handle all kinds of programmatic trading duties independently
- Ability to spot, investigate and sort out any problem with the campaigns
- Responsible for data entries and schedule revision in booking system
In 12 months:
- Well-equipped with campaign management skills
- Being experienced as a senior role to offer trainings to new comers
Responsibilities of the role:
- Support the Programmatic Trading Team in executing all campaigns with Client Development Team closely
- Handle day to day trafficking, campaign setup & operational requests.
- Closely monitor all campaigns to ensure the delivery and performance is on track, report any anomalies to Senior Operations and Product Manager.
- Responsible for generating weekly and month end reports and all campaigns are reported with commentaries and optimization insights & strategies
- Enter new bookings and revise schedule if required in booking system
- Provide administrative support to Programmatic Trading Team
What you will need:
- 1-2 years professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media company
- Knowledge along with a passion for digital
- Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision once objectives have been set.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns, - display, video, mobile or paid search
- Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
- Understanding of programmatic buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting will be a bonus.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Cantonese speaking is a must.
- Fresh graduates would be considered as Programmatic coordinator.
