We are looking for a Community Manager, responsible for advocating the brand on social networks. They create the content plan and actively interact within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate the brand
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the CRM Manager.

Measures of success
In three months: To have effectively led and managed the day-to-day operations of a brand on social networks.
In six months: to have learned digital disciplines from projects and eventually create recommendation for customer centric solutions.
In 12 months: to have successfully handled various social networks for multiple brands. Having the opportunity to collaborate with different brands and execute innovating campaigns and/or programs.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Content Plan Creation (art & copy)
- Content Plan Daily Execution
- Listening and Responding Execution
- Delivery of assets to influencers/athletes
- Weekly FAQ alignment with regional team, local team & events team for accurate response plan
- Escalation of complaints/issues/trackers based on agreed guidelines and protocols
What you will need:
- Raised/familiar with Cebu area/culture
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Visayan, English & Tagalog)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator (Portfolio)
