Overview of job
As the Digital Partner for Mindshare, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital strategy and managing the operational relationship on some of the clients. You will lead operational excellence and strategic direction within Mindshare Biddable media team across all clients.
As a Partner Digital you will be responsible for driving:
- Lead Mindshare FAST Indonesia implementation (Programmatic, Performance, E-commerce)
- Develop Mindshare PMPs to fuel the programmatic offering
- Develop digital strategy on key clients
- Develop test & learn initiatives
- Facilitate and develop JBP’s with key partners
- Support and deliver capability building workshops and playbooks
- Work with client teams to develop robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types
- Develop Operational excellence (standardization, automation, benchmarking etc)

Measures of success – In three months, you would have:
- Been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently
- Demonstrate understanding of the client digital business using data to gain insight on business challenges
- Understand and identified opportunities to influence change to drive better planning and executional efficiencies across the digital teams within the agency
- Build relationships with the key decision makers at client side and within the company
- Taken solid ownership of the digital product and built an understanding of how this can best benefit your clients in conjunction with the other media division experts you partner with
In six months – 12 months, you would have:
- Motivated, coached and uplifted team to perform new innovations which win awards at international awards forum
- Been well recognized by key clients by demonstrating the digital leadership in terms of strategic planning, implementation etc.
- Aligned key stakeholders internally and at client’s side on Digital strategy for each brands
Responsibilities of the role:
- Working with the rest of the client team, help define scope and recommended approach for major digital projects for clients.
- Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both client leads (internal) and clients (external).
- Serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives.
- Drive high level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem.
- Working with the leaders of the client team, help convince clients of the value of digital marketing services to their business – help them define needs and potential solutions.
- Help guide clients in defining their digital vision.
- Where necessary, help structure and present recommendations to senior client leadership for approval
- Codify and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments within Mindshare.
- As appropriate, play an active role in new client acquisition and new business presentations.
- Lead performance and programmatic digital "evangelization" initiatives within Mindshare.
- Provide methodological support, coaching, professional development and training to staff.
What you will need:
- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting.
- Be adaptive, Fast and Provocative
- Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
- Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast and multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic environment
- Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting and online analytics.)
