Description
Maxus is seeking an experienced media planning professional with 1-3 years of experience. You will be responsible for a wide spectrum of work including making of plans, evaluations, dealing with the channels, integrations, interacting with the client on key questions & also managing internal SU’s. There is a plethora of learning waiting to be explored.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Business Manager.

Measures of success – In three months, you would have:
- Complete knowledge of your category
- Make huge plans and manage media monies – full responsibility on the campaign, end to end
In six months:
- Learnt & moved over your past, highly involved in the buzz within the team, working on over and above plans – sharing briefs with partners, external & internal, getting work done
- Take calls and share your POV on the brand & practical reality
In 12 months:
- An experience of 24 months on your plate, exposure across traditional, digital, on-ground and branded content planning, even audit requirements
- Worked on award entries, which GroupM leads our industry
Responsibilities of the role:
- Making and evaluating plans, getting integrations, sponsorships
- Controlling media spends & implementing the campaign
- Monitor & report on the campaign, basically have full accountability of your campaigns
- Compliance against internal Audit
- Making relationships within GroupM system
- Usage of Maxus tools for strategy & rationale building
- Brainstorm, Ideate & keep track of properties in the market, with a brand fit & recommend suitable ones
- Winning Internal Recognition for work delivered
- Rigorous tracking, monitoring & follow up of TV plans as per audit norms
- Undertake market visits to improve understanding on client business and processes involved in making a product sell
- Help team with market intelligence & structured data reporting in order to strengthen the brand/portfolio AOP
- Winning External recognition for work delivered.
- Follow the new timesheet process
- Efficacy on day to day Job, data management and training
- Up the involvement on client servicing
- Pass on the brand brief to the SU's, work closely & guide them with brand inputs in order to create new properties and also help them in execution of the same
