Finance Supervisor
Description
GroupM is looking for a detail oriented Finance Supervisor to support the GroupM/Agency Management. This role will liaise with GroupM /Agency teams to oversee the day-to-day activities to ensure the strong finance function, financial health and stewardship of the company.
Reporting of the role
This role will report to Finance Manager.

Measures of success
In three months:
- Be familiarize with GroupM and Agency’s Legal / Finance Structure.
- Be familiarize with the nature of business and business process.
- Fulfil with all of finance due date of reporting.
In six months:
- Work independently in your role.
- Achieve all of finance due date of reporting.
In 12 months:
- Be a trusted advisor to improvement of finance process and solve the issue.
- Assist the Finance Manager to deliver the various Management reports and mentor/coaching the team members.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for GL and TB activities of the company
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial report and other related information
- Ensure that all accounts are properly recorded and reflected in the general ledger
- Assisting the Finance Manager to prepare, review and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Management and Regional office on timely basis
- Assisting the Finance Manager to prepare, review and submit the Forecast and Budget to Management and Regional office on timely basis.
- Prepare variance analysis of financial report.
- Prepare and propose monthly and annual JVs.
- Maintain Profit Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliation between Management reporting and ledger.
- Responsible for billing process.
- Perform the cost reconciliation and vendor outstanding reconciliation.
- Ensure that S-Ox control are in place and implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with external and internal audit reviews.
What you will need:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Possesses knowledge in preparing financial report
- Having experience in supervisor position at least 2 years.
- Having experience in preparing budget/forecast
- Exhibit positive thinking and maturity when faced with challenging tasks
- Excellent supervisory skill, meticulous and able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivational, collaborative teammate
- Adapted with our Finance system.
- Provision in MS Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
