Overview of Job:

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the Associate Creative Director

Measure of Success

In three months:

  • Have an understanding of the client’s brand portfolio
  • Attend briefings from Accounts team
  • Generate creative ideas together with copywriter and Assoc. Creative Director
  • Familiarization of clearances and creative timelines

 In six months:

  • Attend shoots with Content Producer to ensure all creative materials are aligned with client objectives  
  • Thorough understanding of the creative timelines and clearance process   

In twelve months:

  • Generate at least 1 award winning creative campaign
  • Ensure the smooth progress of different campaigns running, should something not be performing well, come up with solutions to improve the campaigns.

 Responsibilities of the role:

  • You will take briefs from Accounts team and ensure timely delivery of digital assets
  • You will manage timelines and processes with Creative Team, Insights Team, Media, Red Fuse HK and Colgate Palmolive Teams

 What you will need:

  • Highly creative individual with excellent knowledge on typography, visuals, photography and printing
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns
  • Keen eye for detail
  • With 3 to 5 years experience in digital/ creative
  • With an understanding of the digital media business.
  • Preferably from a creative / digital agency
