We are looking for a Head of Operation, Plista China. You will be responsible for management of multiple international Ad Operations and Campaign Management Teams and Develop/implement new processes and policies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency and to improve workflow.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- The knowledge to use plista platforms and communication tools
- Expertise about the plista technology
- The responsibility to coordinate and execute orders in collaboration with our tech teams
In six months:
- In-depth knowledge of all relevant tools and all product related aspects
- Deep knowledge about plista technology and sales cycle with special focus on publisher needs
- The competence to conduct product and company presentations to partners and at fairs
In 12 months:
- Work closely with international Business Development Team in rolling out new markets and provide a high-level international campaign management
Responsibilities of the role:
- Management of multiple international Ad Operations and Campaign Management Teams
- Develop and implement new processes and policies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency and to improve workflow
- Provide leadership and guidance in management of client escalations and service issues, troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and technical issues
- Work closely with international Business Development Team in rolling out new markets and provide a high-level international campaign management
- Review and update documentation for best practices and training to be used by international stakeholders
- Closely monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively implement corrective measures
- Research and analyze available data to perform resource leveling and to develop performance improvement initiatives
- Frequent contact with partners internally such as IT and Product Management as well as externally to ensure high level of communication and exchange of information
What you will need:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in advertising operations in an online digital publisher, media agency or technology organization with strong emphasis in business management, project management and resource management
- Strong background in digital advertising technologies with proven expertise in Adserving, Onsite- and Ad-Tracking, including the implementation of ad technologies across mobile web and mobile apps
- Proven leadership skills with ability to operate in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Very experienced in managing projects that span across an organization and functional teams each with their own needs and priorities
- Able and eager to learn new concepts and challenge the existing framework
- Strong quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experienced with direct programmatic advertising deals with trading desks/agencies
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
