Overview of job
Leading the digital and innovation curve for a major beauty care brand of P&G by driving the scales for these innovations across 10 Asian markets with market teams. The brand is also a digital and content savvy client at its helm. It is a high pace job and a role where you will be facing senior stakeholders such as the Managing Directors and General Managers.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Understand the marketing and media model of client key business drivers
- Establish relationship with regional BMs
- Establish working relationship with all markets
In six months:
- Drive innovations in digital and content space
- Deliver client reviews and annual strategies with markets
In twelve months:
- Deliver client reviews and annual strategies with markets
- Design planning product & new framework for P&G beauty brand
Responsibilities of the role:
We are in process of consolidating media on an international P&G beauty brand for Asia Pacific. This team works across 10 APAC markets, where strategy for media and content is centralized and based out of Singapore. Key tasks of the role are:
- Design core communications strategy and work across markets to ensure its rollout
- Must have in depth knowledge of digital marketing, with role involving strategy design using ahead of the curve digital innovations
- Day to day operations involve managing the senior stakeholders at client side with continuous digital innovation pipeline for solving brand issues
- FMCG and performance linked industries experience is preferred, given the speed and demanding nature of duties. However, it is not a technical role, it involves bringing the gap between strategic and technical sides.
- Working with a competitive team across analytics, digital, content, insights and research functions, and market planners across Asia
What you will need:
- Minimum 8 years of multi market media experience
- Solid knowledge of media and digital/ content
- Ability to handle senior client stakeholders including Marketing Directors and GMs
- Knack to work across cultures and with dotted line of reporting
- Ability to think on feet to client issues and design long term solutions to brand problems
