Position at Maxus

Maxus is seeking an experienced media planning professional with min 6 years of experience. You will be responsible for a wide spectrum of work on a leading FMCG brand which will entail supervision of construction of plans ,evaluations, dealing with channels, integrations, interacting with the client on key questions & also managing internal SU’s. There is a plethora of learning to be explored as the job profile demands a mix of traditional planning comms approach & activation.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Director- Digital

  • Pushed innovating concepts to drive revenues

In 12 months, 

  • Helped on new business pitches
  • Worked with various digital media verticals to help draft integrated digital solutions

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Hands on digital media planning, buying experience
  • Develop digital media plans and approach basis consumer insights and digital media dynamics
  • Deliver media plans, campaign scheduling
  • Define campaign KPIs
  • Continuous plan optimization to deliver maximum ROI
  • Review campaign performance
  • Maintain MIS for billing, estimates, ROs, etc.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and pitch innovative ideas
  • Help on new business pitches
  • Meet revenue targets and drive incremental billing and revenue

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital media planning and buying
  • Experience in handling large size digital clients across categories
  • MBA preferred
