岗位职责:

1.  根据客户的业务战略和业务进展情况,制定媒介相关工作的发展规划和发展策   略,领导媒介策划工作高效展开。
2.  负责对服务项目中重大节点的策略把控、决策,出席服务项目重大节点会议与策略沟通。
3.  在部门具体工作实施中把握方向,指导重大、核心及疑难问题,保证有关媒介管理工作顺利开展。
4.  组织和推动媒介工作系统的建设与提高,带领媒介工作的创新。
5.  保证与客户的良好沟通,持续为客户提供高质量的服务。
6.  带领团队参与公司比稿任务。
7.  帮助公司拓展现有客户业务量和业务范围。


人员要求:


1. 9年以上媒介策划经验,5年以上团队管理经验。(如有相关4A Media Agency经验更佳)。
2. 具有高效的沟通能力以及良好的客户关系管理能力。
3. 对各类媒体,尤其是互联网媒体有深刻的认识,对媒体发展趋势有一定的洞察力。

Overview of the Job:

Maxus Beijing is searching for a Business Director, you need have ultimate responsibility for all aspects of a specific clients business. This involves everything from implementation of strategic platforms and buying through to the finished product and beyond. A 3C  background would be a major plus in this role.

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the General Manager, Maxus Beijing.

Measures of success –

In 3 months:

  • Demonstrate understanding of delivering an excellent service for clients which aims to exceed clients’ expectations.

In 6 months:

  • Have formed trust between your team and your clients in terms of consulting and identifying opportunities to promote and sell services to client.
  • Explore the new business opportunities.

In 12 months:

  • Being present in and actively supporting local markets during pitches with thought leadership in overall context, as well as strategy/ideas for brand briefs.
  • Driven revenue growth and won a few awards for innovative approach.
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Produce and highly efficiently lead strategic planning service relevant to development in accordance with client business objectives and status.
  • Oversee key steps and decision makings in producing service and keep presenting in business meetings and communication on strategy.
  • Resolve problems rising from service to ensure path to business success
  • Initiate working system construction, improvement and be proactive in innovation.
  • Good communication with clients and raise service quality consistently.
  • Lead team to be active and positive in pitch projects. 
  • Expand business scope and explore new opportunities to meet revenue targets and drive incremental billing and revenue.
What you will need:
  • 9 years  proven relevant digital media planning experience with at least 5 years team management experience. (4A media agency experience is a plus).
  • Excellent at building relationships and networks,internally and externally.
  • Has in-depth understanding and insight about China media landscape, specially in digital media.
