Investment Executive of e-commerce

You should be a dynamic professional with an eye for detail, due diligence, discipline and hunger for excellence, to work on the implementation management of the e-commerce communication within a true end-to-end marketing solution for one of the world leading FMCG client.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Associate Investment Director of e-commerce in MediaCom Guangzhou.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Understood the operating process among client, vendors and the agency.
- Started to prepare regular update and manage selected booking under guidance.
In six months:
- Prepared overall monthly update on a timely manner under supervision of the line manager.
- Managed booking of the assigned disciplines with minimal input from supervisor.
In 12 months:
- Managed the daily implementation administration independently and timely.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Complete the booking and invoicing administration according to the approved campaign schedules.
- Monitor the implementation of the campaign and ensure it is executed as planned.
- Provide monitoring report and update during the campaign on a timely manner.
- Complete the monthly report about the implementation on a timely manner.
- Maintain a fluid communication with client, agency and vendors finance department on financial requirement to avoid any disruption to client’s activities.
- Stay on top of the development of the e-commerce business situation and to make the required adjustment.
What you will need:
- Bachelor degree and previous experience in media investment is of advantage.
- Excellence in working with different office software, especially excel.
- Attention to details and structural working approach.
- Willing to learn.
- Good communication skill and can work under pressure.
