Mindshare | Account Executive
Description
You will be involved in driving the creation through execution of provocative brand marketing campaigns that activate brands through live experiences and digital content. This role will sit under Mindshare Content+, a specialist unit of Mindshare responsible for developing on-ground activations and content with a strong focus on strategy, design, and production expertise. You will work in an integrated agency environment that expands big ideas across multiple relevant platforms.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager

Measures of success
In 3 months:
- A good understanding of the Mindshare Content+ business
- Develop a great working & collaborative relationship with the account teams and clients with support from the team
- Good time management and able to follow through on process and delivery timelines
In 6 months:
- Established strong team and Client relationship and receive great feedback from co-workers and key client contacts
- Be able to present strategic & sound recommendations and demonstrate strong timeline management
- Able to work on Content & Activation briefs with supervision, providing strategic recommendation, innovative solutions with strong insights and integration
In 12 months:
- Build up team capability to develop more innovative Activation & Content solutions that are highly integrated
- Been the source of what’s new and emerging in media & technology to deliver new and innovative Client solutions
- Ensure implementation of campaigns together with the Senior Account Manager that help drive Mindshare Content+ revenue growth
- Ensure projects are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs together with the Senior Account Manager
- Deliver good campaigns with strong business results worthy of awards submission together with the Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities of the role:
- Understand and be a credible ambassador together with the Senior Account Manager of the Mindshare Content+ offer
- Support the Senior Account Manager in managing Activation & Content campaigns from ideation all through execution
- Establish good internal and external Client relationships to become a key contact for the day-to-day operations of Activation & Content executions with support from the Senior Account Manager
- Contribute in developing original, creative, and adaptive solutions for Activation & Content briefs
- Show a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in internal & external conversations
- Have an ear to the ground on trends & technology that are changing the Activation and Content business
- Manage project budgets together with the Senior Account Manager working towards helping meet Mindshare Content+ business targets
- Deliver and work on campaigns that have a potential for awards
- Be a team player with an adaptive and strong work ethic
What you will need:
- 1 year experience in a reputable media agency, creative agency, and/or content agency will be a plus
- Experience or confidence working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners, production outfits, and internal specialist resources etc.
- Competent in ideation for B2B and consumer brand led campaigns (experiential, social, etc.) given a strategic & creative mindset
- Has an appetite, knowledge, and understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the activation and content business.
- Show an interest and a depth of understanding on the industry, business, brands, and consumers in Client conversations
- Team player who is adaptive, has a great work ethic, and strong communication and presentation skills
