Position at Vocanic

You will need to be passionate about social marketing and have demonstrated success in managing client relationships.

You will manage and grow client relationships, alongside the Singapore CSD, by assisting in devising social media strategy, managing a community management executive and leveraging internal resources to achieve best-in-class execution of strategies. 

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the Client Services Director of Singapore

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Understand Vocanic’s core proposition
  • Taken on client relationships and management of community exec
  • Understand the client’s business and challenges
  • Built good relationships internally with the creative and tech team
  • Understand the scope and abilities of the current team

In six months:

  • Secured a Trusted Advisor relationship with clients, based on proactive recommendations and overseeing these to execution with minimal assistance
  • Developed a smooth working relationship with community management exec
  • Developed great relationships internally through constructive collaboration and mutual respect
  • Worked with CSD to develop a plan for retaining and growing the account

In twelve months:

  • Be able to advise and guide the client on social media strategies with minimal assistance
  • Be able to advise and guide the community management executive on all social content execution
  • Be able to anticipate what is needed to stay demonstrate proactiveness and value added service to the client
  • Be a critical team member and support to the wider team

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Developing, managing and growing the client relationship
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ marketing and business objectives and drive basic strategic plans and objectives for Social adoption across all consumer touch-points
  • Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved
  • Contribute to the culture making the client service team a great place to work in
  • Mentor and manage your community management executive

Industry Background & Skills

  • 3-5 years client facing experience for a marketing services related industry
  • Experience in working with creative teams
  • Proven level of relationship building
  • Shows passion about servicing clients on a daily basis
  • Understands the digital & social media landscape alongside the broader marketing landscape
