Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Director /Sr. Director

Measures of success –
In three months:
• You would have complete knowledge of relevant categories
• You would have understanding of MEC Redfuse functions and operating processes
• You would have understanding of managing media budgets with end to end campaign management
• You would have been able to understand the client working style and deliver on his day to day requirements started building relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline
In six months:
• You will have independently worked on the proprietary tools
• You would have worked on all client reports and take complete ownership of the same
• You would have developed a good client relationship
In 12 months:
• You will need to independently work on client requirements
• You will need to train and mentor new joinees
• You will have accountability on all client plans and reports (Timely deliveries and feedback implementation)
Responsibilities of the role:
• Manage relationship with the client and the buying team
• Ensure that deliverables are sent as per agreed timelines
• Ensure data management to and from the buying team and the client
• Ownership of everyday work with end to end campaign management
• In-depth knowledge of all industry tools
• Working and guiding team on media plans for all Colgate brand
• Manage output and deliverables from the planning team
• Responsible for overall planning and implementation for various brands
What you will need:
• Overall experience of at least 3-6 years
• Proactive nature and interaction between internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Analytical Skills
• Team player and a positive attitude
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Understanding of BARC, IRS and fluency on operating the same.
• Demonstrating process orientation and ensuring KPIs are monitored and delivered
