Overview of job
GroupM is seeking an experienced and passionate media operation executive with demonstrated success in both of traditional & digital media operation and related sector.  You will focus on campaign optimization monitoring, management of rate cards and trading reporting.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Director of Trading Monitoring & Process, Data Center

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Get familiar with the whole operation workflow, includes master data management, rate card management & approval, etc...
  • Understand MOOC operations, be able to manage basic campaign monitoring and approvals
  • Be able to support daily routines of rate card management with working partners

In six months:

  • Successfully provided day to day operation and attended to queries on a wide variety of technical and non-technical issues related to the campaigns optimization & approvals
  • Assisted in the projects and development of analytics.
  • Be responsible to address generation of trading monitoring reporting according to existing practices

In 12 months:

  • Be a trusted and experienced media executive.
  • A solid understanding and proactive approach to highlighting any issues or opportunities around rate card management, campaign monitoring
  • Continued growth and further development opportunities. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage campaign monitoring and ensure the best in class process is adhered for all digital regular campaign & programmatic buying campaign implementations
  • Day to day master data & Rate-Card type-in & approval management and response queries and provide supports in a fast-paced working environment
  • Hone and master data management and data analysis to provide trading monitoring reports and analysis;

What you will need:

  • The successful candidate will have at least 2~3 years of media industry experience. Familiar with advertising and media terms.
  • Able to manage multi‐task and have a good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a good degree of numeracy and Excel literacy
  • Able to work independently but also a good team player
