Overview of job
As a Supervisor, you'll work with one of our major clients with a drive to learn about "Full Media" and communication strategies.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Manager, Strategic Planning.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Understood how Mindshare’s internal processes are run in line with our media partners within GroupM
  • Led your own set of accounts and be responsible for campaign optimization/ reporting.

In six months:

  • Become a key pillar that your seniors and subordinates can rely on
  • Assist line Manager in annual review/planning proposal for the client

In 12 months:

  • Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.
  • Mentor and handle performance appraisal for subordinates and lead projects independently
  • Strong knowledge of clients' marketing challenges and help to develop media plan and strategies for client campaign

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Act as the Senior Planner in the team and manage daily execution jobs.
  • Develop implementation media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy.
  • Preparation of competitor review/consumer insight with the support of the Planner.
  • Present media points-of-view, market scene updates to clients (to be verified by the Planning Manager in advance).
  • Collaborate with different function teams to ensure optimal integration of media plan

What you will need:

  • 3 years of media planning experience prefer traditional plus digital.
  • An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
  • Good knowledge of CSM, Telmar, iResearch and relevant research tools
  • Bilingual proficient and able to prepare strategic planning document
  • Sensitive to media scene changes, especially digital media development
