In this role you will collaborate with Strategy and client teams to bring original, no-line thinking to life through the implementation and trading of media.  This is a great opportunity to make your mark by helping to oversee day-to-day media implementation while collaborating with media partners and supporting clients.

 Measures of success:

 

In three months, you would have:

  • Guided development of digital implementation recommendations ensuring creativity, accuracy and timely output across client portfolio (in collaboration with Offline and Biddable Managers)
  • Built collaborative and respectful relationships with key agency partners and is the lead “go to” person for advertising/digital agencies for all digital media

In six months, you would have:

  • Understood their clients’ category thoroughly and pro-actively keeps up to date with category developments by helping present new and innovative thinking to clients on a regular basis and develops test and learn processes
  • Provided clients with a well-informed POV in meetings (across category, digital media and marketing etc) and responds to all clients requests in a timely manner – managing client expectations and delegating tasks when relevant

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Built a deep and influential relationship with day-to-day clients; understanding their needs, wants, expectations and idiosyncrasies
  • Established a road map for your career development including training opportunities
  • A strong point of view on the direction of digital strategy
  • Mentored, motivated and coached Assistant to achieve success in their role

 

Responsibilities of the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective Digital solutions in response to client briefs, ensuring accuracy and timely output across the portfolio. Analysis of responses, providing recommendations and feedback to clients and taking responsibility for campaign delivery will all form part of your day to day responsibilities.  You will have a strong point of view on the Digital media landscape and will be comfortable presenting new, innovative thinking to clients.

 

What you will need:

It is essential that you can bring solid Digital and Media experience to this role, along with an understanding of marketing disciplines and how to integrate a digital plan into a holistic strategy. You will need to have experience in managing complex projects to completion, while successfully managing internal and client stakeholders.  Above all, we are looking for someone who has a clear point of view on the future of Digital in the Media industry and use this passion to surprise and delight the client.
