1.负责项目前期与客户的需求沟通,能充分理解客户的需求并制定对应策略。
2.负责带领团队完成策略方案的撰写与提案工作。
3.负责协调与各部门的横向沟通工作,确保客户服务工作稳定顺畅运行。
4.协助上级主管制定下属年度KPI以及绩效考核工作。
人员要求
1.7年以上互联网媒介策划相关经验,3年以上团队管理经验。
2.能同时进行多任务管理,良好的把握工作节奏能力。
3.抗压能力强,灵活并具有开放的心态。
Overview of job
As the digital leader on the business, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital strategy and managing the operational relationship on some of the most renowned and iconic smartphone product in the world. This will involve driving best practice digital marketing solutions, while ensuring integration and communication with the planning teams across the brands.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to Business Director,Maxus Beijing.

Measures of success –
In 3 months:
- Been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently.
- Been familiar with all functions at GroupM and well organized the daily routine.
In 6 months:
- Clearly understand our clients business and how digital and integrated planning can help to push their business forward. With actual cases of this being delivered.
- Build relationships with the key decision makers at client side and within the company.
- Been well recognized by key clients by demonstrating the digital leadership in terms of strategic planning, implementation etc.
- Taken solid ownership of the digital product and built an understanding of how this can best benefit your clients in conjunction with the other media division experts you partner with.
- Aligned key stakeholders internally and at client’s side on Digital strategy for each brands.
- Motivated, coached and uplifted team to perform new innovations, which win awards.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs.
- To plan and develop ideas for “media first” innovations and build capability in strategy.
- Collaborate with core planning teams to ensure optimal integration of digital solutions in the overall brand plans, and ensure deployment of best-in-class digital implementation across brands.
- Be responsible for subordinates' performance appraisal and .
- 7 years proven relevant digital media planning experience with at least 3 years team management experience.
- An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
- Energetic, think differently, clear about career objective.
