Overview of job
The Analytics Manager of IT BP team will lead planning, implementation and adoption of data analytics projects, BI and Reporting systems. She/he will partner with agencies client teams and group functions to define analytics needs and solutions, in the areas of traditional aggregated data, digital aggregated data and competitive data. She/he will partner with the local and regional technology delivery teams to implement processes and tools of data platforms.

This role reports to the director of IT BP.

Measures of success – In three months, you would have:
- You will be participating key project to implement client reporting platform
- You will be coordinating related parties as IT BP role
In six months, you would have:
- You will be building relationships with the key stakeholders among client teams, functions and technology teams
- You will be understanding current status of traditional and digital data systems, and identifying future needs
In 12 months, you would have:
- You will be defining roadmap for traditional, digital aggregation data process and reporting
- You will be leading to work in a matrix environment to implement roadmap deliverables
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead data analytics and business intelligence projects from concept to definition to presentation
- Work closely with the agencies teams, trading and digital functions to make value-added analytical platform and solutions available to stakeholders
- Package ideas in a logical, compelling and influential way, to stakeholders
- Partner with Director to planning, implementation, operation, and optimization of data platform tools, in the areas of traditional aggregated data, digital aggregated data, and competitive data
- Guide definition, evaluation, adoption of BI and Reporting systems
- Provide project management role from initiating, planning, executing to closing
- Maintain and grow strong relationship to agencies client teams
- Be an inspiring leader, mentor and coach for the data teams
- Ensure smooth collaboration among local and regional product partners and teams
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field that you believe to be applicable to strong analytics, listening, measurement and data management
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, measurement or the like within adverting, media or marketing industries
- Strong understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the advertising business
- Experience in building standardized and ad hoc reports using Tableau, MicroStrategy or other BI tools
- Strong management experience and skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
