Overview of job
Leveraging a suite social listening and performance tools, you will create corporate and brand level listening reports and processes to identify, measure, and report early warning signs. You will also be watchful for nascent trends outside of any specific brand, identifying opportunities to capitalize on emerging global conversations. Managing a Social media command centre you are responsible for the support and production of social medial listening activities including the detailed reporting.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Business Director – Digital Insights.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Learned the entire process on ORM and able to perform without supervision
- Able to create Insight deliverables under supervision.
In six months:
- Learned to manage client expectations on regular deliverables
- Independently manage the requirement on Insights without supervision
In 12 months:
- Emerge as the go-to person both internally and amongst clients for digital solutions.
- Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts
- Successfully master the art of presentations and delivering Insights
Responsibilities of the role:
- Provide active listening and production process of key themes, trends and emerging topics
- Prepare deep dive qualitative analysis of discussion around topics, products and business lines
- Recognize and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in tools, data, analytics and be able to take corrective measure
- Work as part of a larger team in collaborative processes to create deliverable
- Report metrics from Social Media analysis tools, export data when necessary to create additional visualization
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, tracking and conducting command centre tours
- Support for crisis communications and listening impact analysis

- Abreast with the latest tools & innovative research methodologies
- A sound understanding of the social media environment and networks
- Attention to detail and ability to view data at both a tactical and strategic level
- 1+ years of experience within an agency or corporate environment focusing on social media listening
- Experience presenting deliverables with commentary, verbatim and visualization of data
- Exposure to social analysis/ social engagement tools such as Radian6, Unmetric, Meltwater etc.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Any Graduate/PG
