Maxus is looking for Social Listener Executive who is able to communicate in English, Dari and Pushto language. You will entail executing digital strategies for a portfolio of brands, working with globally renowned publishers, and continuously innovate in the growing Digital Industry.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Lead – Strategy and Account Management.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Manage client expectations on regular deliverables
  • Independently manage requirement on reporting

In six months:

  • Successfully communicated ongoing actionable insights to the client
  • Have a complete control over page management

In 12 months:

  • Emerged as a contact person for digital community communication.
  • Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Managing social media assets.
  • Effectively coordinate with the rest of the Maxus social listeners to ensure accurate delivery of the committed services to the clients.
  • Responsible for crisis management of brands in the designated shift timings and weekend. This entails:
    • Monitoring of clients corporate key crisis accounts: MHB etc.
    • Product forums on Facebook.
    • Brand pages for complaints or queries as well as sentiments around active campaigns.
    • Any crisis update reports required by DAT team or brand.
    • Daily complaint summary reports.
    • Generic monitoring of all social media for any potential crisis against brands.

What you will need:

  • Must communicate in English, Dari and Pushto language.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Digital planning / marketing / Media or Fresh Graduate.
  • Keen interest in Digital and digital trends.
  • Must be a BBA / MBA from a reputable university of Equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills/ presentation skills
