Campaign Finance Supervisor – Xaxis, China

Overview of job
You will be responsible for leading the finance process of all campaigns, make sure the contract/fapiao/payment is delivered on time by Xaxis, client, and media vendors.

 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Media Supply Operation Director, Xaxis.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Getting familiar with Xaxis work process across different functions
  • Getting familiar with GroupM booking and payment process
  • Getting familiar with Symphony and Minder system operation

In six months:

  • Working with GroupM booking and Commercial and Finance team to smooth the process

In 12 months:

  • Leading payment team (4 ppl) do with Xaxis booking and payment things

 

Responsibilities of the role:

- Handles clients contract issues and follow up with legal adviser.
- Report and monitor client timesheet reporting.
- Manage clients profitability report.
- A/R reporting and status follow up.
- SOX compliance on media and client contract related area.

 

 

What you will need:

  • 3 years’ experience at least
  • English level CET4 above
  • Finance related college degree
  • Knowledge of accounting standards
  • Good Excel skill
