This role reports to Business Director.

Measures of success –

In 3 months, you would have: 
- Be the key client's contact of day to day operations.
- Familiar yourself with all account background and workflow.

In 6 months, you would have: 
- Able to provide guidance and supervision to the team and coach them to work independently.

In 12 months, you would have: 
- Lead a happy and productive team to provide high quality service to the client and keep on exceeding client's expectation.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing all aspects of campaigns and day-to-day needs of the accounts, handling from briefing through reporting.
  • Drive innovative media strategies.
  • Managing negotiation, evaluation and recommendation of media proposals
  • Managing staff performance related to business.
  • Develop strategy across your clients, working alongside digital teams, in order to make both short and long term recommendations.
  • Suggest ways in which the agency can drive revenue.

What you will need:

  • At least 4 years experience in a progressive media or interactive advertising agency
  • Experience working with mutli-national clients.
  • Strong and solid experience account servicing, able to communicate well with clients and working counterparts and build trusted relationships
  • Excellent understanding of media channels, both on/offline
