This role reports to Deputy General Manager, MEC Nanjing.

Measures of success –
In three months, you would have:
- Have an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.
- Demonstrate cooperative spirit with team members.
In six months, you would have:
- Train and mentor executives in your team.
- Motivate and manage well for the subordinated team member.
In 12 months, you would have:
- Upscale the strategic planning skill and gain satisfactory feedback from client.
- Independently handle the whole planning process and run the day-to-day activities smoothly.
- Develop budget recommendations.
- Development of detailed proposals and plans to execute the agreed strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of available research and strategic analysis thereof to develop more effective media strategies.
- Responsible for all implementational briefs.
- Ensure efficient and accurate paperwork.
- On-going response planning to all significant market place/internal changes.
- Ensure that planned objectives are being monitored.
- Ensure all agreed reports are supplied and presented to clients on time.
- Continually think creatively and identify new and innovative opportunities that could be effectively used by clients.
- Be knowledgeable for key developments/trends/issues in media.
- Challenge thinking from clients, media vendors and other disciplines in a positive and constructive manner (always in line with the best interests for the client’s business and brands).
- Follow through on projects from beginning to end, take full responsibility and lead the process.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with parallel pyramid.
- Develop and maintain strong team relationships.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with media reps.
- Train, develop and motivate junior team members.
- Be fully conversant with the role within 5 - 6 years
