Manager-Search/SEM/Performance Marketing
Description
You will handle high-profile performance clients in the space of search marketing and platform based biddable media. You will be responsible for ensuring optimum ROI for clients’ performance campaign.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Figured out the complete requirement of client end-to-end
- Tracked ability and Web analytics
In six months:
- Tested out all options and found a sweet spot in ad campaigns.
- Elasticity exercise to ensure significant scale at an optimum CPA.
In 12 months:
- Exceed client expectations in terms of CPA and transactions
- Create a road-map for the next year.
- Perform daily account management of pay per click campaigns for multiple brands and internal clients across key advertising platforms including Google AdWords, Yahoo/Bing, Facebook, Inmobi, Admob etc
- Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
- Conduct keyword/placement research and selection to set up new campaigns, identify keyword opportunities for existing campaigns, manage large keyword lists/placements, provide recommendations for creative/copy and campaign structure, targeting, landing pages etc
- Closely monitor, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Regularly generate daily/weekly/monthly reporting for all major metrics including goals, revenue tracking etc Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
