Mindshare Fulcrum is looking for you to lead the team that will be aligned to the Home Care and Foods & Beverages business. You will be working on the brand strategies for all the brands in that group. You will also support the team to develop and sell integrated communications strategy based on brand understanding, consumer insights and market/media dynamics.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Presented brand and plan strategies to key the clients handled
- Understood the Mindshare Fulcrum way of working and are able to navigate through the verticals
In six months:
- Won client confidence
- Initiated and delivered at least 2 key projects which are award worthies
In 12 months:
- Understood the group’s vision of ‘New Me’ and its implication on business
- Worked & submitted award entries, which GroupM leads our industry
- Lead the team that works on the annual marketing strategies along with the Client Leadership team and specialist units
- Participate in the Integrated Planning process
- Participate in thought leadership projects along with the Unilever team
- Drive consumer understanding to draw insights that impact our brand plans
- Keep abreast of media innovations and developments and find links to enrich brand plans
- To participate in idea generation sessions
- Writing entries for media and other awards
- Years of experience – 10 – 12 years
- Previous experience (in order of priority)
- Worked in a media agency as Group head involved in overall media strategy
- Worked in an advertising agency as part of Account Planning/Strategy
- Worked at the client’s ends as part of the Marketing Team
- Should have a keen interest in brands and marketing
